Folsom, N.J. -- Charles Biscieglia,
chairman, president and CEO of South Jersey Industries, announced
the following organizational changes at South Jersey Energy, a
subsidiary of South Jersey Industries. These promotions are effective
January 1, 2002.
Michael J. Renna was elected vice president of South Jersey Energy. Renna, who formerly served as the director of business and product development, for South Jersey Industries, joined the company in 1998. He holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University. Renna resides in Medford, New Jersey with his wife, Laura and their two sons.
Joseph A. Rodio was elected to assistant vice president of operations from director, gas marketing. Rodio, who joined the company in 1985, has a bachelors degree in accounting, as well as an M.B.A. in managerial accounting from Widener University. He resides in Folsom, New Jersey with his wife, Renee, and their son.
David Robbins, Jr. was elected treasurer. This change is effective December 1, 2001. He will remain manager of financial reporting/non-regulatory accounts for South Jersey Industries. Robbins, who joined the company in 1997, holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Old Dominion University. He is also a certified public accountant. Robbins resides in Millville, New Jersey with his wife, Patricia, and their family.
